Dried out, old
I ordered this twice, both times the eyeliner was dried out and the mascara has a strong chemical smell. Also, in both orders, the packaging was opened.

Makeup isn't as amazing as packaging design
I bought this on a whim because I needed a liquid eyeliner and the packaging was cute. The eyeliner is seems really dried out. The little that I could apply didn't stay on at all.My thoughts on the mascara:The cons: Does not give volume. Not waterproof. Minor clumping. Necessary to keep an eyelash curler on hand to help enhance it.The pros: Semi-lengthening. Curved mascara wand made it easy to apply.It's definitely not worth the price for dried out eyeliner and subpar mascara.
