I'm not a player that pays particular attention to the ligature, as long as it holds the reed firmly and evenly on the mouthpiece. This does. I'm happy.

Looks like it is functional.
On arrive in the plastic zip lock bag it was squashed and therefore unusable. Some packaging could solve that. Looks like it would have been usable but it was too damaged.
