Alot smaller than expecting. We have now had it in use for a few months. Key does not go in straight away to unlock. The lift up top to open to put letters in or take out is very stiff even with the stoppers away from the wall. Large letters do not fit in. So we are disappointed with our purchase.Shame we cannot send it back
