I bought this bike for exercise so I wanted something simple without all the bells and whistles. Overall construction is good and solid. I replaced the seat because it was super uncomfortable which is typical with standard seats. The kickstand is one big pain! Mechanism wasn't thought out very well. The back reflector doesn't stay on so it will need to be glued in place. Rubber handle grips were not made tight enough to fit snuggly on the handle bar. Those will need replacing. Paint flaw on the fender, 3" green stain which should have never passed inspection.

My daughter loves her new bike! She has medical issues that wouldn't allow her to ride her mountain bike any longer, and she really missed her daily rides. This has enabled her to get back " in the saddle" . Her husband put it together with minimal issues ( mostly his fault, but we won't tell him ) and it rides and handles nicely. She is now ordering lights for the spokes LOL. She's very happy with it!

I bought this tricycle as a car alternative for short distance use. I like the simple and thoughtful design of this tricycle, such as the front basket and a removable back basket, and the wheel guards to prevent mud splash. I was worried about the long assembly time for a person without mechanic experience, also the too long chain people complained about. But I decided to give it a try. The bike came very well packaged. All bolts and nuts were in their should-be places. I took time to study the assembling video, all seemed clear and doable. It took me 2 days to assemble the bike (6-8 hours), without other's help. The chain tension can be adjusted by stretching the frames. The only thing that won't go totally into place is the rear basket's wall, which is too tight. So only one bolt filled in, the other can't. The basket is still usable. The riding has been fine.Two suggestions I have for the design improvement:1. The size of bigger chain wheel should be larger, that will make riding a little easier. Right now, the chain's front wheel is small. Although it looks cute, but starting at even a bit of slope is very difficult.2. Attaching the rear basket is too tight and too difficult. I don't really want to remove it. That basket attaching mechanism should be loosen up to make assembling and placing on to the bike easier.

Not the easy-to-use or put together.

I like this bike. I like working on bikes. I know how to bend metal and rewrite the instructions which tell you to do it the hard way. Buy this but do not expect you can build it unless you are a bike mechanic. If you are you can easily tension the chain and align the wheels. Do not force anything such as the locking latch; instead add washers if needed to move latch back a few millimeters so it operates easily.

I was excited to start riding. However, it has been almost a year and I am still awaiting help on assembly. The instructions are lacking clarity and the customer service ask me to video the issue I was having, I have had no response. So it sits outside collecting plants and dust.

The bike came with a warp wheel and the sell told me to take it to a bike shop to fixed and they will cover the fee but it was too warp too fix. The seller reimburse me for a new wheel. Great service. The bike is a beautiful bright yellow and took some time to assemble.

Really cute trike. I got it as a Christmas gift for my mother. The only issue is that the seat is directly above the pedals which makes it a little awkward.
