A sturdy, relatively lightweight insulated cup with a great design and, importantly, keeps a drink warm for ages in the winter!The spill proof lid is great.

This is everything I hoped it would be. The screw top lid secures your liquid so it never leaks. The metal liner keeps your drink hot for hours and it is really easy to clean. The range of designs are delightful too. I had thought it a bit pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

Work from home, use the cup to avoid coffee going cold. Also very pretty design.

Not cheap but worth the money spent as drinks stay hot for around 4 hours and can still burn your mouth after an hour if lid kept closed! Good sturdy construction, lid snaps shut and open, easy enough to clean with a good scrub. I use the cup working at my desk seeing patients, got fed up with cups of tea going cold so can't make any comments on the cup being leak proof as don't need to carry it around with me. Just slightly awkward to drink from but I can live with that. Overall no complaints, very happy with purchase.

After reading the reviews I purchased this cup to take my chai drink to work, I normally take a flask but after reading how piping hot the drink stays and leak proof I thought it was be a perfect solution. I filled with boiling water to heat, then tested out the seal, tipped upside down over the sink and water spurted out the top and side of the lid. Fiddled with the seal which helped a bit but still spitting out the top. I poured my boiling hot chai into the cup at 8am and went to drink it at 10.45am, it was just warm but not warm enough to drink, had to reheat. I haven’t requested a refund as it’s a very beautiful design, nice size, not heavy and food grade stainless steel inside. I shall use as a mug for my coffee but it won’t replace the flask and it can’t be tipped over in a bag with a drink in. It is very pretty though.

It’s time we all move away from single use plastic!I’m enjoying my new coffee cup. I use for my tall Starbucks lattes and the quantity fits perfectly. Starbucks takes 10 cents off (not a big deal given price of a latte today, but glad Starbucks chose to offer this micro-incentive to consumers). The cup keeps my lattes hot much longer than a conventional paper cup with plastic lid so that’s an additional bonus. I haven’t had any leaks with screw on lid or problems with opening for drinking. In short, no design flaws that I have perceived so far after multiple uses. Do like the fact that, I believe, made from recycled materials.I don’t allow myself to get a latte if I don’t have with me so I’m forcing a certain discipline on myself with respect to consumption.Nice to see and use something designed in the U.K. (hope I got that right). Same planet, same drowning in plastics problem. We’re all in this together!Very happy with purchase so far. I feel content when I see the design in my kitchen and hope it keeps me honest and grounded with my buying choices. The day of the circular economy has arrived!

This is the perfect travel mug. Fits in my cup holder in my car, keeps my tea hot for hours, and it fits a nice full mug of tea. Couldn’t be happier.

Not only is the design cute, but they actually work. My coffee stays hot quite a while.

This insulated cup is fun to use. It makes me smile. It stays warm most of the day and there is a slight texture to the outside that makes it easier to grip then my other cups. I just wish it came in a taller size.
