It works

Love the picture love the color! I put it together and it started failing immediately. Instructions were fairly easy and I read them twice before the install and still had to redo somehow… however putting the drawers in = the ball bearings started popping out of place and the drawer won’t align and we’re just not impressed with this product at all. I have bought other build up things from other stores and never saw this. I have to tear it all down for a refund but it came in the rain and the box was soaked when we got it. So now what? We have to keep the dresser and I’ll buy new runners because the cheap ones on this dresser aren’t going to cut it. I’m now pay 2x for this product that FAILED.

I assembled the dresser and one of the last drawers went in incorrectly and caused the slider to jam. When I removed it the slider broke. I sent an e-mail to support requesting to buy a replacement. 3 days now and no reply. 😞

Clear instructions, nice product

Takes forever to put together!

Cheap, cheap, and cheaply made. Dresser fell apart after a month of using it. Expected better quality. Disappointed. Very hard to assemble as well, plan for 3 days.
