Works great and clear.

Had the headset for 11 days, before the first problem appeared: while on the phone using the headset, the sound disappeared. An examination of my settings indicated the headset was paired. I powered the headset off, and powered it on; the headset announced it was paired. Although indicating paired and connected, the headset did not have any sound on outgoing calls. Incoming calls, however, were announced clearly and for a brief time, I could hear the call through the headset. Within a short time, that functionality became inop. At the moment, the headset gives me a nice voice prompt telling me it is connected and powered up, but that is all. All these issues occurred within a day....the unit was never dropped or subjected to shock loads, BTW
