I do all my business and personal online meetings with this. It's a lot easier to hear what they're saying, and they can better hear me, with background noise dampening.

This item has wired USB connection and worked immediately when plugged into a USB port of a computer with Windows11 installed and an internet connection available for driver download.The headset is adjustable on both sides to fit small or large heads. The top arch is padded.The microphone can be rotated over approx. 135 Degrees swing range, from vertical down to below mouth level.The earphone pads are not full-over-ear types. I have very small ears and the pads still rest on my ears. I prefer the full-over-ear type.The sound cranks up to flippin-loud on Youtube videos.The control bar has Volume Down, Speakers off, Volume Up, Microphone Mute. The control bar is rectangular and can still catch on the edge of desks and chair-arms when you move around at your desk. I would prefer the control bar to be further away from the headset and closer to the USB port so that it does not catch on the desk or chair-airms when I move around while sitting at my desk. I don't know if other headsets have that feature. Many people go for the wireless (=cordless) headsets to avoid that problem altogether.

Question - Can you hear sound from it?Answer - If you are wearing it, YES! if you are not it is a bit faint.Question - Can you hear things from outside when wearing it?Answer - If you are wearing it like a belt, YES! if not it does reduce the overall sound around you.Question - Can it be used to distract a Velociraptor?Answer - If you can get it on their head, YES! if not it probably won't be much use in a Raptor attack.Question - Can this be connected to the cockpit of an F-35 Lockheed Martin Lightning II Multirole combat aircraft?Answer - no, it won't fit over the helmet.I hope this helps, let me know if you have any other questions

Quality and sound are good. But very uncomfortable for long sessions

Another great product from Levn.The ear cushions are so soft and that makes me feel extremely comfortable wearing it. Additionally, the headset is pretty light weight and it fits perfectly, and I feel like nothing on my head whenever I put it on.The mic and sound quality are also good.Because it’s a wired headset, the setup is very straight forward, you just have to plug in the cable directly to the USB port on your computer or docking station. The cord lenght is also long enough for you to stand up and move around with it.This will be one of my favorite headset that I would like to use for my daily meetings at work.Overall, for this good and affordable wired headset, I would recommend it to other people.

Somewhat difficult to change sides for the mouthpiece! It really depends upon which side the user has a connection for the headphones. Not everyone plugs on a left side and it could have to do with the setup of the device connection. The device was on the right so we had to change the connection to the right side with a degree of difficulty! Any manufacturer of headsets should make a wired connection so that the connection can easily be made either right or left side of the user! It was not possible to move the device over to the left due to a partition on the desk.

First off, not only does Amazon suck with so does Levn! The mute button did not work during certain times, and would unmute itself. I contacted Amazon with in 3days of purchase. They said this is a warranty item and contact the seller, messaged for over 30 days. Never heard a thing back! Had to spend the cost of this headset, a $28 headset that Amazon did the same thing to me on, and finally a $44 gaming headset for work. So pretty much a $100 for 2 pieces of crap that neither sellers cared about.
