DO NOT USE IT IN THE SHOWER!!! Not waterproof.
**Update** 5/1/2024The seller responded and issued a refund quickly. I figured the malfunction happened because water got into the "self-seal" charging port. However, it's not waterproof, so don't make the same mistake as I did, which could lead to a serious incident.**old review**The product page labels it as "waterproof," which is not true. If the product comes into contact with water, there will be a leakage of electricity. (I've been shocked a few times, fortunately nothing too serious happened.) Now, it's turning on by itself automatically after I repeatedly turn it off. I guess I'll just let the battery run out and toss it away. I've already informed the seller about this issue.

FIXED MY PELVIC FLOOR MUSCLE SPASMS!
These things are often prescribed to women, but more and more are being prescribed to men! The wands help you reach nerves and muscles in your rectum and pelvic floor region that control and sometimes obstruct blood, urine, waste, semen and erection control. This helped me when I couldn't resolve my issue with the use of ED med or muscle relaxants. I am walking, running, sitting and using the bathroom much easier. Great product for the money!

Won't turn off and it's loud
I don't care for USB charged devices in the first place, prefer batteries although the compact dimensions of this item would be prohibitive. The problem was the micro swithches were difficult to manage and the device would not turn off at all once turned on and it's LOUD. I would have to stick it out on the enclosed porch until it stopped when the battery finally died. I threw it away, it's non returnable. Needs some tweaking on those controls, that's for sure.

Oh boy
Post menopause and man what a tool. Have to try it for yourself but love it light weight not bulky. Slim design and easy to clean. It’s quiet. It’s about time for something like this.

Possessed Pelvic Wand
Bought this to help prevent perineal tearing on my first birth…ended up induced with a 2nd degree tear. Awkward to use (one end is kind of pointy?) and though the item says it’s waterproof, it’s not. I used it once in water, and after I shut it off, it turned itself back on…And it didn’t happen just once. That entire night it continued to turn itself on and I would go turn it back off. After hours of this I just threw it in the tub away from anything flammable (it was really heating up) and let the battery completely die. Great battery life - it took forever to kill the thing. I reached out to the company and they did offer to replace but I was unexpectedly induced a day or two later and spent a week in the hospital and honestly forgot to address it further. They said it’s not meant to be submerged, FYI. Maybe “water resistant” would be more accurate because it definitely got in the charge port.I just wanted it out of the house asap before it caught fire and started chanting or something.

Confusing
I'd heard of pelvic therapy tools before and wanted to try one out. I chose this NewFlora Pelvic Wand and the instructions weren't the best. The booklet also repeatedly said it wasn't a medical tool and to check with your doctor before making a therapeutic plan. I decided to just give it a go and found mechanically, the two sides were awkward to adjust once you started using it. I definitely think most people will be using this for "personal massage" than anything else. Other than the awkward controls, I also found the Pelvic Wand is super loud so if you are wanting to be discreet with your "exercises" this wont be the best choice. Overall, this Pelvic Wand was a bit awkward in general and I would strongly suggest if you do buy a tool like this for its intended purpose, to learn some specific exercises from your pelvic floor therapist.
