I bought these because I had balls from other rings that i didnt like the size of. The balls i used are not the ones in the picture but they do fit great! The size of the septum is now how I want it which is good. I used the second to smallest one, where as the septum the balls were from were about the same size as the smallest ones. They are good quality and havent had any issues with irritation or infections yet, and they dont slip around too much. They are light weight and comfortable to wear and if properly cleaned (1-2x a day) they have no smell. The balls are easy to screw on and the colors accurate. The spikes are a little larger so if thats what you prefer these are perfect. Theres a good assortment and all in all I think are well worth the price. Thank you!

Nice piercings, but very disappointed that the piercings did not come as the photo advertised. I was hoping to have that skull septum as my first septum piercing ever. Sadly the package was completely different. For those who want different size, normal black horseshoe piercings this is the the ones to buy. Just don’t expect anything fancy like I did. :”(

They're exactly as described and pictured

I think this is a fantastic pack for the price but the gauge size varies slightly for each individual ring. I wear these as septum rings and there are a few (the skull and gem rings) that fit 16G perfectly while most of the open rings are a slightly smaller gauge so they rattle around a little (not too bad, my nose adjusted and I didn’t notice it after a minute).Also most of the open rings are slightly too big (diameter wise) to flip into my nose.Having said all this I am pretty happy with them all and the variation of styles that comes in this pack.
