Nowhere near 10cm and low quality. GAVENO CAVAILIA Aircloud 10cm topper.
Even when folded in half to double the thickness, this is less than 7cm. The filling is like a cheap duvet and compresses down to be flat as a pancake when you lay on it, it offers basically no support or padding at all. The squares are un-evenly filled and lumpy. If this had a good amount of higher quality filling, it could be a good product, but sadly it's a pure disappointment.Do not buy the GAVENO CAVAILIA Aircloud 10cm topper unless you want to be annoyed and to waste your time dealing with repacking and returning it. It came vacuum sealed so trying to re-pack it for a return was difficult and initially they wanted me to pay for return shipping! After complaining they sent me a pre-paid return label.
