After an exceptionally rough hangover after drinking with old college friends I did some research on hangover cures/prevention and decided on this product. Thank you baby Jesus in your little tuxedo I did because this stuff works wonders for me. I am not an alcoholic but I sometimes forget I can't recover from a big night of drinking like I could when I was 21. I take one pill before drinking and a second one some time throughout the night. This stuff easily cuts my hangover symptoms in half if not more. I don't feel nauseous and my head is much clearer then when I don't take it. I can actually function the next day which is great! I have had some other friends try it also and it worked well for them too.If you have had a gut wrenching, takes all day to sleep off, want to kill yourself hangover before (haven't we all) then give this stuff a shot. If it does work it will be worth it's weight in gold. If not it at least helps with other health benefits but to be honest we're all here for the hangover cure.

I'm usually quite skeptical about medical claims about OTC supplements. But reading a report about the benefits to consuming prickly pear cactus before consuming alcohol, I thought I'd give these a try. Wow -- amazingly effective! Now when I'm heading out to hang out with my college buddies (the social group with which I am most likely to have a 3rd drink), I take one of these. No more post-drinking regret. And for a vacation trip with people celebrating their 50th birthdays -- involving quite a bit of red wine -- this was a vacation-saver! I am now a serious fan of this product.

So occasionally I like to drink way to much, even though I know I'll be worthless for at least the next day. I bought this stuff on a whim, hoping it would help me to be a semi functional human being after a night of over indulgence. I didn't have a whole lot of hope, but it seems to work! I've used it twice now. One pill an hour or so before drinking, too many beers, another pill, then even more beers, a pill before bed and one in the morning. I still felt the effects of the beers, but I wasn't bed ridden all day!

I'm considered pre-diabetic. I got this to see if it would help so I wouldn't have to get on metformin. I haven't taken it long enough to see the impact on my A1C. However, whenever I'd have too much sugar one day, I feel groggy and too tired to think about anything. Taking this helps clear my head.

This is a high quality product. I have used it after drinking and I feel better than I had when I didn't take it. I am trying to completely stop drinking and will continue to use this product for liver health along with many other benefits that I have read about.
