Waleaf Electric Temperature Control Cabinet 50L Freestanding Electric Double-Layer Tempered Glass Door with Digital Temperature Humidity Control

My first cooling humidor (coolidor), and I'm impressed. Want to highlight some pros and cons, regardless.First, the mods I had to do to customize it; Had to buy another wooden box (see my picture top shelf) and a flat wooden tray (see middle shelf), to add and maximize the space and hold cigars and cigar boxes. The flat tray is good, but as you pull it out, cigars could roll off, if you don't have a wooden box. That was an additional $30, which is worth every penny.The controls are perfect; currently maintaining the temp/RH as expected.I also added beads to the water tray (bottom tray in picture), to keep the water from swishing and spilling as you pull the water tray out; the beads are a few dollars here on Amazon.Currently holding 125 cigars of variety sizes; I'm sure I can fit another 25 to make it a total 150. DON'T BE FOOLED BY "300 cigars", as the fine print on most brands reads "cigarillos". 150 is max for this one with Toros and Churchills, with a handful of Nubs.Noise level is minimum, but there is a hum when the fans are running; there are two fans inside, once for the cooler, the other for the humidifier; they only run when needed.Lastly, just as with any other coolidor, you have to take care of the smell of plastic BEFORE YOU ADD ANY CIGARS to it. I did a variety of things to take care of this, but start with wiping the interior with soap and warm water, followed by 24 hours under the sun and door kept open (unplugged), then wiped down with vinegar and water, finally added baking soda and diatomaceous earth to absorb any remaining unnatural scents. I added a box of baking soda for a few days afterwards; smell is now gone, and cigars don't smell like plastic.Final thought on the door hinge; it does open just over 180 degrees (see picture). This is great, as it allows me full access to draw the boxes in/out easily.

Won’t hold temperature or humidity. Humidity shows E1. Cycles on every three or four minutes. It’s absolutely a piece of junk. Don’t waste your money. Trying to return it they want fortune for shipping.

Update on the failed unit. The vendor has been awesome and is sending a replacement 5 months after initial humidor failed. This is appreciated. Will provide additional details after I get the replacement. Based on this I would say the vendor stands behind the product.Initially I wrote the review below. After purchasing 12/2023 about 5-6 months later, the unit fails to cool or hold humidity level, and none of the fans run any more.As another reviewer who left a detailed review stated, once this device is properly initialized and seasoned it will hold humidity solid with humidity cans added. Here is the southern US it holds the contents at 62% spot on when I set it on 60 degrees, and its actual temp varies between 62-64 degree F. I love this thing so much I will probably get another identical one. Great for large collections.

It works great. No complaints at all. I keep it at 60* 60 humidity 🎉

Humidity control does not work nor does the temp control work. This humidor is not good.
