I've only been taking this vitamin for a week so I'll update later. I did want to go ahead and say, order it! I HATE taking vitamins in pill form and I'm so bad at remembering to do so. I was really reluctant to buy this product because I'm not a fan of weird taste. The first day I took this I gagged because the consistency caught me off guard. However, once I was able to think about it, the next day was fine. It definitely has a peach flavor, which I love. There is a slight undertone that's not as enjoyable but it's not bad at all. The consistency is like a peach baby food puree.In the week I've been taking it, I have felt a slight difference in energy levels. Which is nice because I'm four months postpartum and never slow down. I look forward to seeing how much this product helps not just with my hair, but my overall health. I just got this rufflyna week ago. The cap was missing but it at least had a seal on it. First time I tried it I took the amount it recommends by it's self and YUCK.
