I realise curlers need to be hot, but these come with just one glove which only covers 2 fingers and thumb. I burned the exposed finger and dropped the curlers on floor, unplugged before going to run hand under cold water. When I returned the curlers had burned my carpet, so pleased i had unplugged. I suggest you buy proper heatproof gloves as separate order. They may be better if someone else is styling your hair for you. I've bought extra gloves now but still frightened to use again.
