Vasco Translator Solid 4": Electronic Voice Translator, Waterproof, Dustproof, Shockproof

For the amount of money it costs this is probably the worst product I've ever bought. I never worked right. At one point it seemed to work but it was so inconsistent I couldn't tell if it was the product of me. When it did work was when I would power it off and back on but after the first translation it would quit working. Since there isn't any product support a buyer is own their own. I kept thinking it would work or I would learn how to use it and since I bought it to go to Russia I figured I would have time on the airplane to figure it out so waiting on all that I let my return window run out. Horrible, terrible, piece of junk, worst thing I ever bought........ Any other description I could come up with wouldn't be good enough to say how bad I feel about this product. Don't touch it.

this thing is Amazing!!! no more Translators...this thing is easy to operate, therefore, you don't need to learn a new language, it talks for you...don't settle on second best, because Nothing compare to this!

Very disappointing. Spent close to $400 only to realize that I could've use a FREE app on my phone to do the same job, if not better. Customer service is non-existent. Software is glitchy at best. Several buttons on the device don't have any purpose (dummy). Also to my surprise the device came with a SIM card that requires "refill" after the $10 credit is consumed. Did not read anywhere that this device needs to be connected to the internet in order to work. In my opinion, this is scam.

El objetivo de tener un dispositivo de traducción simultánea es la agilidad es establecer agilidad en las comunicaciones. El dispositivo funciona cuando se tiene Wifi con algunas fallas pero cuando se utiliza el GSM es imposible hacer traducciones simultáneas. Hizo un Eurotrip en Francia, Bélgica, Suiza e Alemania y el dispositivo literalmente no sirve. Tuve que usar el Google Translater para poder me comunicar en Alemán!

If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. Customer "Service" = ZERO; Easy of use = ZERO; Operating manual = ZERO. It maybe shockproof, waterproof and dust proof but it is also Translation Proof. SAVE your money and download an app for your phone, either Android or Apple; the app will do everything VASCO promises but simpler and more dependable and in some cases free; other cases, much less expensive than VASCO. Deeply Disappointed!
