Does not keep time and date when turned off. Maybe the CMOS battery is dead as this unit reverts to Jan 2010 on each power up.Lost all power from the main Lithion battery. Fully charged the unit before bed - next day....nothing. Drained of 100% power.Other than those faults - the unit is very nice, nice display.Fast delivery, well packaged. Shame its goosed.**update** After the 2nd time using the charging plug - its died/failed/faulty.....sheeeesh##UPDATE 2 Will not stay connected to the internet, enough is enough its going back and I will buy a major brand, avoid.Update 3 - the unit has completely died now after just 5 months ....shocking quality.

I just received this tablet for few days, but it works so far so good.It is ridiculously quick. Granted, aren't they all when they're brand new, right? Maybe once I've installed a ton of apps and this thing has to churn through some bloat, it'll slow down some, but it's going to have to be a pretty dramatic drop off .Anyway ,I really have no complaints.It's a nice tablet with a relatively thin and unobtrusive bezel. Being able to set it up in portrait mode and still have some decent screen width is a pretty big plus for me. The buttons (power, volume up, down), aren't exactly a high point, (they're a bit "clicky" if you will), and they could do with a lower profile, but this is a drawback that is hardly worth mentioning.The screen is very bright and the colors look nice. Like I said, the tablet feels very fast and zippy so far. It probably won't run Crisis, but then again, that's hardly its purpose. From my limited experience, and considering the price, (which is honestly unbeatable), you won't go wrong with this thing. I haven't tested the camera yet, but I also don't care about it. The tablet should serve all your basic purposes quite well.I will update my review if anything changes, but as of now, if I could give this thing six stars, I absolutely would. Fantastic tablet and a great value for the money.

Despite the just OK build quality (SIM/SD slots cover could have fitted better, tinny monaural speaker and a tiny but discernible chip in the screen), I was initially impressed as the model supplied had 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage and a screen resolution of 2520 x 1600, pretty much twice the spec advertised.However, I purchased this principally to use with the SkyQ app to stream live and recorded content from my SkyQ box but I'm afraid that the video from steamed content is too jerky to be useable! For content downloaded from SkyQ to the tablet, the video & audio are out of sync. The same is true for BBC iPlayer and Amazon Prime video. The Netflix app simply doesn't work at all (device errors).I guess this could be just a wayward machine but I'm having to return it and I'm looking at alternatives.

Not android 6... it displays as this but is actually Kit-Kat. I would have sent it back but my boy seems happy enough with it and it does what he needs. Happily runs minecraft, whatsapp, youtube etc ... decent sound and great having the SIM slot for connectivity out and about.

I like the product but the print in the instruction booklet is so small I have found it difficult to read even with a magnifying glass. Also I have not yet found where to install the sim card.

Unable to get my talktalk emails however hard my son tried, and often doesn't load images. So in process of being returned.

WORST even tablet first arrived can't be charged loose connection of cable n tablet n later can charge then today give another try put SD card..eat my SD card into it ....CRY OUT LOUD HOW CAN I RETURN TO AmazonWorst experience with Amazon Please HelpAny customer service no i can call

Basically fell apart. Everything wrong but I returned very quickly and got a full refund.
