Before Purchasing this Board, I use floor to do Pushups, that time I feel i am using my hands in different varying positions as we exactly not able to put our hands.No, with this board, I feel better & using sign on the board-color code for Shoulder / Cehst /Back & Triceps , whichever part i required I do more pushups. Good think design. very useful for everybody. bought another one for my son also.

It is shaking. You can use your hands for different types of push ups. If you know how to use the product without any damage to your body it is worth buying. Otherwise use your hands and ground for push ups

Build quality is good but the one i got have scratches on it doesn’t seem like its new.

Worst product, Amazon service is getting worst day by day

Quality could be better. Afraid of it getting broken in the middle as its very loosely connected in the middle. Otherwise it good for proper home pushup workouts.
