Matt Hayes Adventure Dropshot Dropshot is a very effective method when fishing with soft lures for most predatory species. For Perch, it is probably the most effective method there is. The hook is attached directly onto the line, which will help you detect bites easily. The sinker is attached under the hook, just push this onto the line. It is easy to move up or down and change how close to the bottom you will present your lure. Tie the swivel to the main line. Attach the sinker at desired distance from the jig. You can switch easily between the jig bodies. Strike as soon as you feel anything or when your line gets slack!
