was a bit worried about these phones after reading the reviews, but have to say they are great for the price. Easy to set up and install, only downside which isn't a major problem is these phones don't have a loudspeaker, not that I use it much.

We found our older phone/answering machine had stopped charging, so would never connect a call. So on searching in Amazon found this, and am pleased. I think the sound quality is not the best, but that could be due to the property and wiring. Although the phone/internet provider did say BT had recently upgraded the local infrastructure.Overall I am happy with the phone.

Basic call functions work well, callers sound clear. The interface is intuituve for making and receiving calls. The display is bright and clear, but also a bit rubbish in terms of the font being used. The weight is very neutral, any lighter and it would feel cheap, any heavier and it would feel "vintage". It meets my very simple needs, hence the 5-star rating.

Overall I am quite satisfied with the phones but there are some issues missing in my opinion.I find it quite hard to read the numbers that come up for an incoming call so that where I would always know if it was a cold call.now I have to answer to see who.it is. Also I miss not being able to put the hands free on as it does not have that facility .

cant do a review as item was delivered in plain packaging , no manufactureres packaging, no instructions and no rechargeable batteries so cant be used.. not happy

I bought it to replace original phone which I had for over ten years . Works well and updated from my original

They work ok but should have paid more for better quality
