TurboLock TL-200 Smart Deadbolt Lock with App: Use eKeys, Physical Keys, or Passcodes - Smart Lock (Brushed Nickel)

I believe this product to be a return as the packaging was not great. Easy installation but once installed, the lock would not take codes on the first try, would not auto-lock after 3 seconds, and made a very loud grinding sound before and after the lock mechanism was slowly engaged. The app is also lacking as there is no way to know which code you are sending someone. I returned the item.

Absolutely no good for me is been a problem every time I wanted to use and the code opened the lock but doesn't lock again how is supposed I won't recommend it MG

I’m very satisfied with this product. I just wish the app was able to do more and had an interface that was more user friendly. But good product overall

terrible choice:( recommend purchasing a reliable lock given the importance of security and the convenience of function. Had it for a week, can’t set up the app because it crashes every time. Used it ONCE and got locked out having to call a locksmith. The same passcode will lock it but not unlock it, so literally just been using it as a normal deadlock with a key. For someone not tech savvy who requires a locksmith to install, even refunding/returning (which amazon graciously allowed..) will cost another $100 for a locksmith to come back and install a new reliable one. Awful choice to save a few dollars, wouldn’t recommend

The absolute worst product I have ever used, the screws that came with it don’t have the tops molded correctly so you would have to use pliers to turn them in since a screwdriver won’t work. There was a torn wire and nothing on the thing worked so apparently that one wire controlled the power and the lights and the keypad and even the app. Judging by some of the reviews I just read you’d be better off just locking yourself out of the house everyday.

**Review updated**Currently locked out my house because the app won’t let me in and the touchscreen glitched and stopped working. If I could leave zero stars, I would.I feel that this device is slow to respond on the touchscreen. Sometimes I’m just standing at the door trying to get it to work becsuse when I touch the screen it won’t respond.. like after 1-2 minutes it’ll just st start working again. Maybe a glitch?? Other than that we have no issues!

Bought 2 of these. One for each main entry door. Installed the first one. The motor wouldn’t work. Called technical support. They told me they could swap it out. It would take 4-6 weeks. Told them I would just return it. I didn’t buy a new lock so I could wait 4-6 weeks to install it. So I tried installing the second one on the same door. The actuator in the motor failed after the first use. Returning both of them and trying a different brand.
