Love the mat but has a slight smell to it

The package it arrived in wasn’t damaged- but the mat is 😭😭 seems to be missing some of the seam on the right side of the mat- right next to the life counter. Wish I bought an item on prime so I could get a refund at least because it’s bugging both of us 🥲
