Love this deck. Its easily one of my top commanders
Easy to understand this deck. It works with a lot of plus one plus one counters. Comes with plenty of enchantments. Ive won multiple games by playing my simic ascension accordingly. Comes with one board wipe, the , "wave goobye" which allows younto return all creatures without 1+/1+ counters on them. Great value. The strategy is pretty simple and basic... explore and make 1+/1+counters. Double them up as much as possible. The artwork and quality of the cards are the same as any other magic sets. Merfolk tribal, 1+/1+ for the win!!

Fun deck
I love this deck, it's a great place to build off of to make a formidable Merfolk Tribal deck. It works great right out of the box, but you can easily swap out probably 20+ cards and make it something really quite competitive. I'm not an expert of CEDH, but for a friendly game of Commander, this one is great fun, with or without upgrades. In relation to how it compares to the other Ixalan decks from that release, this one is my favorite. It felt far superior to the Pirates, and the Vampires. And took off faster than the Dinosaurs on average.

Looks like a great commander foe some blue green fun!
100 card deck, counters and life counter. The commander looks fun and the deck feels well balanced 👌. I'll end up adding a few singles to balance it out but it seems like a great starting point for someone wanting to play blue an green.

One of my strongest precons, in my personal opinion
Fair warning, if I see someone playing Hakbal I target them preemptively. Doesn't matter who the player is. I should probably point out that this deck slows down combat a little, as each merfolk will explore

Strong Precon Deck
Played this deck for the first time recently in a 4-player commander game. These were far more seasoned players than me with far more customized decks. And yet, I became the number one target and the other 3 viewed me as the biggest threat, trying to prevent me from getting out of control. I was impressed and plan to continue playing this game. You can certainly modify this deck to further improve it. But honestly, it's a very strong precon deck even without any modifications.
