Underwear that Covers Front and Back
My husband used these in skilled nursing. I use a Depends first and these as secondary underwear. My husband has a lot of trouble with oozing from his bottom. I feel so confident in these underwear to catch anything that might go through the Depends. These underwear go up higher in the back and front than any other disposable underwear. They don’t fit quite as tightly as I think they should is why I put them on the outside of the Depends. It costs me more to do two underwear, but for me, it is well worth it!!! I love these underwear!!

My daughter has special needs, she's years old with developmentally disabled she is 62 lbs. These “diapers” are meant for small accidents not as a substitute for full-strength diapers. The absorbing material begins to bunch up, leaving major gaps in the areas of absorbency. The non-absorbent areas don’t hold anything in and thus be ready for a change of clothes.Maintaining good skin health is essential, especially for those who are managing incontinence. That's why there are lots of great skincare products available that are specially formulated for incontinence.If Amazon could make up underwear that are highly-absorbent and feature strong leg elastics to prevent leaks. I am looking for an absorbent underwear that has a breathable waistband, is comfortable and controls odours, Attends youth Overnight Underwear are a great option.

My preteen likes this brand best
I’ll start off by saying I’ve purchased at least 20 different brands and this is my son’s favourite he says it fits the best and helps keep the bedding the most dry there are still leaks but nothing compared to other brands that are actually more money my only complaint is that other companies offer a cooler look such as tie dye and these are quite boring large white diapers and for a teen that’s embarrassing but they are the best fit and decent price so as a mom I’m happy they are available in smaller sizes to accommodate preteens

Very comfortable. Doesn't feel like I am wearing a pull up.
If I don't soil it I use it a second day. Just be sure you snug it up and smooth out the waste band to avoid red spots on your body.

Poor Fit & Absorb Next to Nothing
The absorbancy level is abysmal; these are paper thin.Combined with such a poor fit, they are essentially useless.
