Nice kit
I ordered this to make as a gift for a co-worker. It came in a small box folded up so I had to iron the back on low heat with a damp towel. No big deal. Paint set came vacuum sealed, appear fresh and smooth. None looked gummy or dried. There were extras for the large areas which is nice. And the colors look pretty close to what is pictured. Numbers are easy to read. I use my own brushes and magnifying glass if needed. So my reviews aren’t hyper critical- only limited to paint and canvas quality. So far, I’m liking it and anticipate it will turn out nice. Posted the pic to show it is as pictured. I’ll update when done.UPDATE- I finally got started on it. It didn’t take long to see it, while the paints are smooth and numbers and lines are easy to read, that it takes multiple coats to cover. There are 22 colors plus 2 extra for the very light areas (#6). And all but 3 or 4 need multiple coats. I’m at the point I’m light washing a base coat working in small sections which helps with some but not all. I wouldn’t deter from purchasing because the design is unique but will require patience. I’ll update a final when done.Final- I’m pretty much done minus tightening up a few details. I ended up adding some glitter and mixed media to dress it up. It turned out overall decent. There were enough paints but ran low on #6 and 21. I broke out my liquitex matte medium gel to extend the colors and it was fine. I’m going from a 5 to 4 only because it seemed like I painted 3 times over to cover lines and numbers. I would purchase again though but do it differently by applying a thin base coat of a light color and work in small sections doing it that way. And I would probably substitute a darker craft paint on the lightest colors.
