Overall good product but hole inside
It boils 1 glass of water within 1 minute with 1500w element. It can be used to make tea, maggi, soup, Dalia and other milk dishes. Very good product and looks are 10/5, 5 star extra for so attractive look and foreign item. No other company like tersora, ibell, Havells, prestige provide such looks and perfromance. Interior is food grade aluminium and outside food grade plastic. Three pin switch with medium wire (1m) provided. Just u have to be carefull while cleaning, so that water does not go into main base (not detachable). Also, there is hole at the top inside aluminium frame so when u make tea, boiling tea can go inside the frame and damage wiring and short circuit. So u have to stand near it to look after. That's it. 2 stars deducted for hole inside. However, company understood it and refunded my money. Customer service is very good. Overall good product for tours, travellers and hostlers.
