They work well. The resistance is good and it helps with my hips and legs.

These bands are good quality and the varying strengths are great! However, be aware of the size; these are small.

Product is as seen but as usual the directions are on a tiny sheet! I am a very healthy 72 who walks 4 miles a day and teach Nordic Walking at Rec Centers all over southern Maine. I can not recommend any product that does not have clear directions in a size seniors can read - we are a huge part of the stay healthy buying public! I don't know if I got a defective item but I have tried many brands of resistance bands and this one's are too light. The black one doesn't have x-heavy resistance at all compared to the other brands. I had to double band to get the resistance wanted.

My bae is into working out and bodybuilding and training, so I purchased these for him.He loves to use them in the gym and on his clients.

I like they were reasonably priced and had strength ratings on the band and were a bit longer than some of the competition.

Avevo acquistato x me gli elastici ed ora li ho regalati anche a mia sorella. Mi trovo bene, li posso portare con me anche quando vado in ferie. Ci sono 5 elastici ognuno con una diversa forza. Per chi come me ha problemi con le spalle sono l’ideale e pure l’ortopedico me li ha consigliati 😀😀

L'elastique noir est très solide, pour le moment on utilise que celui-là, il est accroché aux pieds de la chaise d'école de mon fils et l'élastique est fortement sollicité et il tient toujours le choc!
