Second time I'm trying to post my review. All I tried to say was that I like it; it works; and it's affordable.

1. The color is spot on and they smell strong in my opinion (I am a chef of over 15 years)2. They make you cough up that build up you have inside ya lungs3. I will be ordering another bottle 🙏

I'm really picky when it comes to vitamins and I purchased this one due to my allergies and I could feel my lungs heavy, it gave me a headache so I won't be purchasing this product again.

I was having some unpleasant gastrointestinal issues for a couple of weeks. I finally realized that they started around the time I started taking this supplement. I discontinued taking it and my symptoms cleared up. I can’t say I noticed any difference in my breathing during the time I took it. Everyone is different, it may work great for someone else.
