iRelax Biofeedback System - Heart Rate Variability for Stress Management & Relaxation

So I tried this out for a couple of weeks and within a day I was getting 100% score every time without much effort on my part. And I do have quite a lot of stress in my life so don't quite get what this was about. There aren't really any good instructions about using this and how to use it in different ways so maybe I'm missing something?? I saw Ben Greenfield using this so it's likely me who's got it wrong!The company fully refunded but I paid for the rerturn postage.

I'm really liking this on its hardest setting, although it is an adapted pulse-oxymeter the additional graphics and breathing prompts work well, it can't be fooled too easily and is very simple to use. A really neat adjunct to relaxation and I find the bio-feedback helpful in getting to a relaxed state.

This is really helping me start breathing again when my airways close, it helps me concentrate on breathing through my nose till my airways re open

Really glad I purchased this little device. I love all the onscreen information that appears when using it and I can achieve 100% score easily. Would definitely recommend for meditation and alpha brainwave states etc :)
