Great cast iron pan!
As with all cast iron, this pan needed a little seasoning. But after a couple of costs, it had no sticking issues at all!

A hit with the whole family.
Ordered for Christmas - breakfast was a happy team effort. A sturdy pan that does need oiling to protect it.

Does not work on a gas hob.
So it a sturdy well seasoned pan. But the problem is that it does not sit on my gas hob. Keeps shaking making it difficult to turn the egg bite over. Nearly tilted over and dropped food over me. I think it will be great for a flat surface like an electric or induction hob but not for a gas hob. Had I checked it within one month, I would have returned it. Sadly I can’t. Have ordered and received a Lodge, which is completely stable on the gas hob.

Poêle qui tient ses promesses mais un peu chère
Oui, c'est une poêle chère mais je ne voulais pas une surface anti-adhesive à la fois fragile et mauvaise pour la santé..Avec cette poêle on a de la vraie fonte et ça se sent au niveau du poids. Utilisée qu'une seule fois pour le moment : elle chauffe de manière homogène et ne colle pas tant qu'elle est huilée. Je recommande pour des beignets ou autres formes rondes :)

NON una padella per takoyaki
La padella è di ottima fattura, ma NON è per takoyaki... È in realtà realizzata in Svezia per un dolce tipico, ovvero le aebleskiver, questo fa sì che il diametro delle semisfere sia di 5 cm, troppo grande per cucinarci dei takoyaki che sono invece più piccoli proprio perché altrimenti rimarrebbero crudi all'interno.
