Box beaten like it owed someone money.
Shoes are great looking but there a few things to take into consideration when purchasing these shoes:1. I purchased a size ten after checking the measurements portrayed (I usually wear a 10-10.5 sized shoe) and even though the listed length is stated as "10 5/8" for a size ten, the actual length is slightly over one foot as depicted in the photos, which I've attached.2. There was some damage done to the bottom of the shoe, which is also portrayed in my photos.3. If you reference the photos of the shoebox that I've attached you can see that the carrier may have used it in place of a piƱata, perhaps at his or her favorite niece's quinceaƱera because it looks like it was beat like it owed someone money.Overall, the shoes look and feel great by the touch but I would suggest getting a half or full size down from what one normally wears. It's hard to say because the listed measurements seem to be off. It is also possible that I received a pair of size 11 shoes and they were accidentally stamped as size tens at the shoe factory; only China will ever know the truth behind this mystery.Obviously, I'm returning the shoes but with the intention of purchasing again but in a size nine. That is if I get my money back and all goes well. If not, then I will likely lower my current rating and start a blog, so that I can have a healthy, cathartic way of expressing my feelings of anger and disappointment. Okay, just kidding about the blog part but I will definitely keep you apprised about the shoe status all of you curious shoe shoppers of the world!

My left shoe makes a gallop noise.. but it's true, you get what you pay for.
The look fine: Subtly fake.Functionality-wise: The left shoe makes an odd "gallop" noise when I step, and the laces don't tighten/loosen evenly.Seem slightly big, so if you're in between sizes you may want to consider going down.

SQUEAK like a dying barnyard animal
These shoes look and fit great, but they squeak A LOT. I would caution against buying them if that bothers you. I think it's the cheaply made soles. Unfortunately I don't think I can wear them. They sound ridiculous.

The Item Size Is Not As Described, But They Sure Are Awesome, Authentic and Breathtaking.
I usually wear US size 9, but on getting this item, it was a little larger. I contacted the customer service to lay a complaint, but I was told I could only get a refund and not an item change. That way I would have to wait till the seller gets the item back, confirm, refund me and then I can reorder the item. So much stress just to get what I want? Besides, I left town and I was not ready to go through all of that.Asides that, I must tell you, these boots are indeed awesome, authentic and breathtaking. You will not go wrong putting these "bad boys" on. You're definitely gonna make people turn their necks as you pass. They were also delivered on time from the time of purchase. So for this, I'll rate your product and services 3 stars.

Boots on the Cheap
You get what you get for $40; boots of this type can sell for $200 or more. The fit is okay. A wide is not really wide... BUT, they look good and if you wear them infrequently, they are WORTH every dime. As the weather cools, they look great with jeans. I say go ahead and buy. They will not be your main shoe, but they will be perfect for what you paid!

A maintstay of my warddrobe
Have never had this style of boot before and ended up buying both this and the black pair. They've held up fairly well after a year, I've found that minor scuffs tend to just rub right off.My only weird complaint is that they're very squeaky. The tongue and uppers seem to rub against each other when walking and I'm convinced no one else would notice but I definitely do.

Very nice shoes for the price!
The box was in very bad shape, but I assume it was due to the shipping process which happened during the heavy season of Christmas. I have previously purchased 2 pairs of these exactly same shoes at a local discount shoe store at double the price. These shoes are very durable and confortable. I have used them with jeans, slacks and even with a couple of very modern suits. There is no doubt I will purchase another pair in the future if their price / quality remains similar.
