It has many health benifits and it is very soothing to the taste.

I got the leaves as I had read about the benefits and wanted to try them.Good quantity of leaves in a sealable envelope which keeps the leaves dry. I liked the organic and natural factors as well as the GMP certification.I followed the instructions on how to make the tea and it resulted in a good amount that I have used for few days. I put some extra leaves and got a rich color. I tried without any sweetener and the flavor was weird, which I did not favor so put some stevia on it and it improved a little but not as to invite me to drink more.Could be a matter of getting used to the flavor but I doubt i will continue using it after I finish these set of leaves.

The leaves are ground so fine that every bag that has a gap(hole) in the closure, and there are many in the box of 70 that I purchased, leaks the powder into your cup. I'm not the one drinking this product, but I hear the grumbling with almost every cup he makes. Going to look for possibly a bigger leafy product and hopefully one that remains sealed.

As with all supplements, vitamins or wellness products, it's difficult to measure their effectiveness but my review for now addresses the quality of the product. The packaging, instructions, quality of the leaves are far superior to others I have purchased. For the price, I can't believe the amount organic, non GMO first class leaves that I received. I will be making this a regular purchase.

Perfectly packaged. Great labeling/instructions. Most leaves are big and green, a few small but that is to be expected and I like to mix them. Honestly it tastes really good. Not bitter at all. Will definitely order more.
