I really love this product. It is made of soft leather and feels very sturdy. The pages are bound in tightly and the paper is smooth but not too thin. It’s doesn’t feel fragile even though it’s handmade and looks like it’s right out of the 1600’s. I like the flower detail and the texture of it is really nice sensory wise. It’s a great size (I put in a hand for reference) because it can fit into my purse but also fit enough writing on each page. Wish they had a lined paper version but besides that I have no notes!

This is a beautiful little journal and I’m glad I bought it. There’s only one thing I don’t like about it, and that is that it’s difficult for me to write in because it’s small (which I wanted) and contains a very generous supply of very nice paper. This makes it too thick to rest my hand on the table while writing/drawing/etc. which makes it difficult to write in. I have a hard time writing b/c of a nerve problem—not painful, but it makes my hand awkward when writing. Not being able to rest my hand on the table because of the thickness of the journal doesn’t help. I would like it even better if it were more easily refillable and half the thickness (which is about 1 5/8 inches (or 4 cm).

This diary is beautiful. The leather is good quality. It smells amazing! This is the perfect birthday gift to myself. The paper is thick, and the flowers are lovely, as well. It is the perfect size for my bag. I can't wait to use it! ❤️

I thought I ordered a book just a little shorter than a 8x10? But it’s a little too small for what I wanted to use like my previous journal. For me junk journaling needs space for adding pictures and writing. I will have to think how I can be satisfied with this size. All in all it’s made well, pages and leather cover. Should have realized why the price was less than.

I use this my "mage" book. It's where I write anything I learned. It's a beautiful journal. It works well with disposable fountain pens. The paper is coarse. While I haven't tried painting on it, it would hold color well enough. The pages are thick too.

Our beloved Sheltie passed away on January 22, 2024 and I wanted a journal to record my memories of her. I decided on this one because of its beauty. It does smell like genuine leather, which I love. The embossed flowers and leaves are gorgeous. I found the paper to be of very good quality and heavy enough for my needs. When I used a Sharpie pen on the ‘title page’, the ink did seep through to the backside just little bit. This however, was not an issue to me. Using a ball point pen works very well on the paper. The pages are securely bound to the cover with some sort of string material. The attached leather strap holds the journal closed. This is truly a beautifully crafted vintage styled journal at a fantastic price point. I would not hesitate to purchase this journal again.

I love the real leather detail. The v I ntage style off white pages. The string to close the journal, give it the edge. I added lots of pictures. What u see is what u get. I absolutely will buy the bigger one next time. I love this one, it's beautiful!!! ❤️

It is a very beautiful book with a lot of pages, whether you're doing a diary or just taking notes it's very nice to have the leather is beautiful
