Ph-80 pH meter
Best pH meter I've ever bought. It's very accurate straight out the box. It's been two weeks and it's still reading accurate without having to do any calibration.

Very accurate and affordable pH meter
I have another type of meter from HM Digital, so I bought their pH meter. Out of the box I tested 7.0 calibration solution and read 7.0, and I also tested 5% distilled white vinegar should have been 2.5, and the meter read 2.5. Nice handheld meter! Thanks!!

Reliable and easy to calibrate.
Easy to calibrate. Display is bright,so I can see it in dark buckets. Starts to lose calibration after a couple of weeks. Buy some 7.0 calibration solution and it takes literally 30 seconds to dip it in there and press the calibration button. It will automatically calibrate back to 7.0. I like it because its reliable.I just purchased a newer model that has a backlit display. Easy to read in dark areas.

Decent ph meter.
Bought this due to my other ph meter broke. Works and is pretty close if not on target. My only issue is the instructions and a dried sponge. Solution and a clean set of glasses solved it. Good buy and came the same day.

Reasonable Accurate and easy to use pH meter
I have only had a chance to use the meter a short time but in that time I have used it about 5 days to measure the pH of my well water that has been treated with a water neutralizer.I would say that the meter is nearly impossible to use with any reliability without purchasing buffer solution. I say this because although theManufacturer says the electrode is calibrated at the factory, it was not possible to get an accurate reading without recalibration then device upon arrival.Once calibrated you can get a good reading of whatever solution you are testing.Note the meter comes with a small packet that will allow you to make 100ml which is just enough to calibrate the meter to a ph of 7.0.At some point you will need to buy more pH buffer and if you are testing with an acidic or basic solution you will need to purchase the proper buffer solution from the start. In addition you need distilled water on hand to rinse the electrodes after using your buffer solution and before storage.I also read they the electrodes should be stored with 3M LLC solution. I believe you can substitute the 7.0 buffer solution but not positive on this point. The point is you need to take care to clean, store and calibrate any PH meter.

Inaccurate
I used this for my first grill ever as well as my second and into my second row I broke down and bought a blue lab and I don't regret it. When I had this pH pen I constantly had pH issues with my plants. Once I switched to a different pH pen the one I like is the blue lab because it's easy to use and accurate. But this pH pen loses its calibration within a couple weeks it's ridiculous. I would not buy this pH pen again if you're thinking about buying it do yourself a favor and just get a blue labs pH pen

Cheap meter
Doesn't stay calibrated actually doesn't calibrate at all. Thought I'd try this brand again but it's basically a scam. If you're looking for inexpensive ph meter I'd suggest Milwaukee.

Used garbage!?!
Likes: nothingDislikes: received a defective unit that I believe was used and returned previously.Sponge and probe were completely dried out and electrode was dirty. Not enough storage solution to completely soak the sponge.Readings were way off, so calibrated it to ph 7. Measured a known rainwater source (ph 5.5-6.0). Unit indicated ph 8.0. Rechecked calibration. Now at 6.5 in 7.0 solution. Reset and recalibrated to ph 7. Checked rainwater and still reading 8.0!Soaked unit in storage solution overnight. recalibrated to ph 7. tested baking soda solution (known 8.5-9.0) and reading was ph 6.7. And rainwater tested to 7.9! unit is junk! Return to seller! Hope they put it into recycling bin this time!

Non possible to calibrate
I did not like how it is useless and can even cause damage to aquarium livestock and plants, and hydroponic gardens. I take pH measurements for both and having a faulty meter has consequences that impacts living organisms. I expect more than this from HM
