This cake brought back Amazing Christmas Memories when I was in School. One of my Dearest Friends was from a Malayali Christian Family in Kerala. Around Christmas, his Mom and my Favorite Aunty would bake this Exact Plum Cake and offer it to us with the Authentic Filter Coffee. We would eat it so much that there was no space for Dinner. This cake from Chackos Bakery has the Exact Same Taste and the Aroma is worth Dying for. Order once, you will come back for more. Thank you Chackos Bakery! Wonderful!
I absolutely love this cake! It reminds me of the Kerala Christmas cake which I had when I visited Kochi last Christmas.It is very delicious and I could eat any time of day or year! Very yummy.

Not What I Expected
It's a decent cake but it doesn't hold a candle to a traditional Kerala Plum Cake. This cake is somewhat flavorful but a bit dry for my taste.
