it's not 3/8" its 11/16" heat shrink and its 2:1
this is not 3/8" its 11/16" and it 2:1 ratio with my pic I posted is a skinny stick there 1/4" wide with the tubing heated around it it did not shrink to size the next little heat tubing is 1/8" I ordered 3/8" so not much bigger then the little one you see in the photo.
