Need at least two keys with it!
The dispenser works as it says on the tin and no complaint with the actual dispenser. It seems fine and it's been used for about two months now. The issue is with the key, which is a tiny bit of plastic with very narrow prongs. I was worried about those prongs breaking and then not being able to refill the dispenser. What has happened is that the key has been lost and I can't seem to communicate with the seller to ask to buy another one. At least, I can't find anywhere on the Amazon webpage where I can send a message to the seller. It'd be really useful to have a couple of the plastic keys sent with the product as otherwise it seems sturdy enough.

Should come with a key
This product is fine, perfectly functional, but the office cleaner can't figure out how to open it and it didn't come with a key. I found a key for £5 here but that seems a ridiculous price for a tiny bit of plastic!
