So to start, this earpiece is amazing. The sound quality is a solid 4/5 if we were to compare it against other bluetooth headsets, but for any sub $60 headset this is a 5/5. I would say the only pair of Bluetooth headphones that sound better that I own would be my beats and/or my Jaybirds.As for call quality, 5/5 in that department. When testing with my wife she said she couldn't tell I was using a headset which I will call a successful test. That said, the microphone is a little TOO good, it will pick up ambiant sounds (like my son crying because I turned off Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood lol). Anyways, the sound quality during the call is phenomenal and I couldn't be happier.As for the unit itself, it's very comfortable unlike other headsets I've used. I used to have a Plantronics headset and this rivals that equally. I don't mind it on my ear for extended periods of time which is definitely a good thing.The battery is in the ear piece that goes behind your ear and connects via Micro USB to the earpiece. The battery connector is a Micro USB male connector and the earpiece itself is a Micro USB Female connector. I am a little concerned about the solid connection wearing overtime, but so far there is no indication I will have to worry about that, besides, if this lasts at least a year I will have considered this an amazing purchase.The battery lasts a very long time which is great. I haven't reached a point where it has died yet but after 4 hours of music it was still going.Speaking of the battery, it comes with two battery ear pieces and two seperate charging cables for each battery (USB Male to Micro USB Female) but no charger brick, so make sure you have your own or just use a USB 3.0 port on your computer.The Battery ear pieces are different, one is for using the unit on your left ear, and the other for your right ear, so if you have to change batteries you will also have to change the ear you a wearing this on. Not a huge problem, but I wish I would've gotten a choice between one of each, or two of the same, but I won't ding this for that.This comes with a few different sized rubber ear connectors for your ear, so finding the right size is easy and no matter your preference you will find one that suits you.Noise cancelling, well, I would say this is Noise Isolating at best in the ear you are using it in, but definitely not noise cancelling. That said, you won't care or notice because one of your ears will not be wearing an ear piece, so if you are buying this for the noise cancelling I seriously question your intent.It also comes with a small "leather" carrying case (bag) that I won't use, but still, you can tell the company is trying to win customer satisfaction so I can't help but appreciate that.Overall, for the price, this is the best (in my opinion) ear piece you can purchase. What you get for the money is amazing and the quality exceeds my expectations so I am beyond thrilled. I needed a single ear piece for music and calls as I work in IT and need to have an ear open for the phones at work so this is perfect for what I plan on using it for. The only thing I would say is again, I wish I could've chosen two right side ear pieces as my phone at work is on my left so having this in my left ear isn't really doable unless I have my phone's cord come across me. I know you are probably thinking "how sad for you" but I will say that you are probably looking at this headset for the same reason I did, to become a little more efficient and to be less annoyed with a current situation, so with that said, you can understand my only "gripe" but it's not enough for me to knock it a star.So if you are on the fence like I was on spending your money on this, worried that this would be a "cheap" investment you would regret, rest assured that this is pretty darn good quality and that you will have no regrets with your purchase.Hope this helps!

I've been using this everyday at work and its so good. everyday for 3 months now and still performing just like when i got it. each battery lasts for between 6-8 hours and takes maybe 1hr 30 mins to charge one side. i use it for my whole work shift listening to music/podcasts/youtube and answer calls constantly. i have read some of the bad reviews and im not having any of those problems at all. if you are smart enough to turn on bluetooth and sync it then you'll be impressed with it. if you have a crappy phone then it might not work for you LOL. but if you have a decent android or iphone then you should have no issues. look at the stars compared to the amount of reviews. if you are a shopper reading this review deciding whether to buy or not, just get it. you'll be happy with it.Pros: everything works as advertised and the box it came in was classy.box came with extra stuff, earpiece coverings, travel bag, extra usb charge cable.super long range. i walked wayyyy far away from my phone and it was still connected.quality is impressive, i listen to alot of music and there's actual bass and clarity.phone calls sound clear on both ends, no complaints from people ive talked to.durable and weatherproof. i work in the rain all the time and no issues.each battery has a red charging light when being charged, when the light goes offyou know to unplug from the charger thus extending the life of the batteries.very lightweight and fits comfortable on the ear all day, and it's pretty flexible so youcan remove it easy and quick. you dont have to be delicate with it.WAY better than expected for the price.Cons: the main hub is really small so be careful where you put it down when switching batteries, youcan lose it really easy especially in a car or couch.its really akward to fit over the ear for the first couple weeks of using it, after a while you get used tohow it's supposed to fit. but those first times are going to be weird.the connection between the phone and earpiece can get cut quick depending whats between them,walls are okay but hills and far distances will cause skipping in connection.the volume button has to be pressed like 40 times to increase volume, just leave it on highest volumeall the time and control volume with your phone.Overall: Buy this little awesome earpiece, I'm extremely happy I got it & It's made my work days so much better. 10/10 overall score

Llevo varias semanas ocupando mi headset. Me encanta. Lo uso para conectarme a dar clase; lo uso para hacer ejercicio; y también para hacer llamadas. No se siente pesado por el contrario es sumamente ligero y cómodo. Cómo dicen otras reseñas, realmente se te olvida que lo traes hasta que te dice: "Power off". Me gustó tanto que le regalé uno a mi mamá. Ya viene Navidad. Este sería un regalo perfecto.I have been using my headset for several weeks now. I love it! I use it with my laptop to teach; I use it to exerise and also to make phone calls. It really light and comfortable. As other people pointed out, you really forget you are wearing it until you hear, "Power off". I liked it so much that I bought one as a gift for my mom. Christmas is coming. This would be a perfect gift.

Se ajustan muy bien a la oreja, al tener 2 baterías te asegura que no te quedes a medias. Si te despista y se acaba, la cambias. Se oye bien y enlazó mucho más rápido que otros más caros.

Sono molto soddisfatto di questo acquisto.Innanzitutto non mi aspettavo che l'auricolare fosse allo stesso tempo così stiloso, ma anche comodo da indossare. E' infatti molto leggero e questo permette di indossarlo anche per lungo tempo senza provare fastidio di alcun tipo.Come livelli di audio io li ho trovati ottimi sia in trasmissione che ricezione. Ho testato l'auricolare sia nelle chiamate, sia per registrare messaggi audio e le registrazioni sono uscite molto bene.Le batterie durano parecchio. Anche dopo svariate chiamate piuttosto lunghe una batteria si è scaricata solo del 30%.La configurazione e l'accoppiamento col mio telefono è stata rapida e senza problemi fin dal primo tentativo.Non mi aspettavo poi che nella confezione ci fosse anche un sacchettino in finta pelle per il trasporto: dentro ci stanno l'auricolare, le due batterie e anche un cavo per la ricarica quindi è molto comodo portarsi tutto appresso.I tasti sono un po' scomodi all'inizio, ma con l'uso e la pratica si impara in fretta ad usarli.Attualmente, a una settimana dall'acquisto non riesco proprio a trovare difetti.

Ich bin total begeistert von diesem kleinen Teil. Ich hatte jetzt wirklich sehr lange gesucht welches ich nehmen sollte. Es gab eine riesige Auswahl an Geräten. Da die Bewertungen hier so extrem gut ausgefallen sind dachte ich ich probiere es da mit. Es sollte auch nicht so viel kosten da ich es nur fürs Fahrradfahren bräuchte, also kaufte ich es.Was soll ich sagen, ich bin total begeistert. Man versteht seinen Gesprächspartner sehr gut. Ich hatte es bis jetzt auch nur einmal,das ich durch extrem starken Wind (auf dem Fahrrad)nicht verstanden wurde. Ich mache im Schnitt Touren von ca. 4 Std. (wo die ganze Zeit Musik läuft). Den Akku hatte ich nach der dritten Tour das erste mal geladen, aber da hatte er noch nichts von sich gegeben das er geladen werden will. Ich würde dieses Gerät wirklich jeden empfehlen. Ich bin total begeistert.
