I prefer other Chebe mixes
I use the all purpose mix and add my own seasonings. I also use the Pizza mix which is OK. This mix however, is my least favorite so far (except for the cinnamon rolls...what did I do wrong?). I think of Focaccia as a bread I could make a sandwich out of. Not this Focaccia, sorry to say.I've gone gluten free and Chebe has filled some of the voids of not having bread. But, nothing is going to fulfill it completely. Stick with the all purpose and season as desired for most anything you wish to make. They all call for the same ingredients: 2 eggs, a cup of shredded cheddar cheese (which is not healthy in my opinion but is needed to make these mixes work), oil and milk or water. I prefer adding my own seasonings to what has been added to the mixes depending on what I want. Onion powder and garlic salt make for good bread sticks, oregano and basil for pizza dough, dill and sea salt for somewhat tasty bread for toasting.....whatever is left over, FREEZE IT!. None of it keeps well for later consumption. It takes on a baking soda taste with the texture of sawdust (like all gluten free breads tend to do) if you don't freeze it. However, this mix does turn out the chewiest of gluten free breads I've tried so far so I recommend you try it and work on coming up with ideas how to make it work for your needs.I also recommend you sharing recipes if you master any using this mix.....I want a tuna salad sandwich so bad I dream about it. :)

Can be used to Make Pizza!
I ran out of the Chebe Pizza dough so I tried an experiment and used the Focaccia mix. It was awesome and puffed up a bit more than the regular pizza mix. So if you are looking for more of a thick crust gluten free pizza crust, use this! Even my gluten loving people opt for this pizza!

Favorite Chebe Product
I love the taste and texture. One of the reviewers rightly said "it does not rise". But, the product is flat bread so I presume this is why it does not rise as much as regular bread. I find that if I do not use more than the liquid recommended it cooks thoroughly. I brush on Olive oil prior to cooking so it browns somewhat. I use stoneware to cook it, a round 9" pan, which helps distribute the heat evenly and may contribute to it not being "gooey" in the middle. Also, once I have finished baking I grind garlic, mix it in Olive Oil with a little bit of salt and oregano. I put it on the bread and microwave it for about 30 seconds...delicious! This is a great product for those who are on a Gluten Free and Yeast Free diet. I love that there is no yeast in any Chebe products. I am on a GF diet but my husband is not and he really enjoys it.

Best Gluten Free Pizza Crust!!!
I am 100% sold on the Chebe brand. For most of the products, it may seem like an acquired taste (getting used to the tapioca flour and the way it cooks). This product, Chebe Bread Focaccia Flat Bread, seemed like a perfect idea for pizza and sandwiches or wraps. We own a Presto Pizza Pizzaz and it worked perfectly. I recommend putting a sheet of foil on the pizzaz plate/or pizza pan if cooking in the oven. I mixed the Chebe in a Kitchen Aid and then rolled it out into a thin circle (we like thinner crusts). Unlike most Gluten Free pizza crust mixes, Chebe's actually stays thin. It doesn't bake up like a cake, like the Gluten Free Pantry brand does. We use WalMart brand pizza sauce (GF) and cheese, and put on the toppings of our choice. It cooks perfectly and tastes great. There are italian spices already in the mix that taste delicious, you just add egg, oil, and parmesan cheese. It's quick and simple!Pros:- Cooks flat as a pizza crust should- Mix tastes great with spices infused- Works best for pizza, sandwiches, and wraps- Makes two 12-14", thin crust pizzas (we usually eat one and put the 2nd crust in a baggie in the fridge to make a few days later)Cons:- Chebe used to hide their ingredients lists in the recipe, but this new packaging actually lists it at the top, which is helpful!- Can't think of anything else...it's that good.If you like this, I also recommend the Cinnamon Rolls. Mix up a Cream Cheese Frosting, and you'll swear you were eating Cinnabon. I love Amazon's Subscribe and Save!

My favorite GF bread
I generally don't get too involved in culinary adventures such as baking bread, and this bread does require a minute or two of kneading, but omg it is so delicious that it's worth it! I love the chewy texture!Sometimes I add sun dried tomatoes and chopped kalamata olive tapanade to the dough, and sometimes some nondairy parmesan, and wow, even though it doesn't look anything like a pizza, it tastes just like one! If you were blindfolded you couldn't tell the difference! I also use coconut oil for the oil, and coconut milk for the liquid. I confess, when I make it, I usually eat half for lunch and half for dinner, it's so good. A friend asked me how good it tasted on the 2nd day, but I wouldn't know!

Favorite Food
My daughter have serious food allergies. I found this brand and tried it. I too have allergies so this was a type of bread we could eat. When asked, "What is your favorite food?" by teachers and others, my daughters' reply is, "Foccacia Bread". Everyone is always taken aback by their answer. They know the smell and they come running excited to have it when I make their pizza out of it.

Chebe bread is the best!
After going through many brands of gluten free breads, I subscribed through amazon to get Chebe bread on a regular basis. It is a very versatile mix and always turns out perfectly. In fact, when my oven quit working, I even made Chebe flatbread in my iron kettle by preheating the pan over low heat, then adding the dough, covering the pan and cooking it for the same amount of time as the recipe called for except that I turned it halfway through. It came out perfect. So it's a great option for gluten free campfire cooking as well as working for wrapping around a stick to cook over the campfire. And it isn't just for the gluten free people! All my friends and family love Chebe bread!

Chebe is always the best!
I have to say I love all of Chebe mixes that I have tried. I use this one to make fantastic focaccia breads with all sorts of add ons. One of my favorite ways is very simple, pitted kalamata olives, sliced in half and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. You can even add some sliced tomatoes to it. Adding a little bit extra oil or water to the mix makes it more moist.
