badly made and very synthetic
it did not match my expectation, it was so synthetic I had to buy another one second hand, tried to wash it to see if the synthetic stiffness would soften but not, also it came so creased it was awful, the hat is ridiculous

Package marks/ stain
The item was delivered with Streak marks from the packaging, probably sun?

Damaged
Item arrived.. was really pleased with it until I took a closer look, has 3 marks on it. One of which looks like a burn.. and the other two are brown in colour.. I am very upset as it wasn’t cheap and was for my baby boys christening in August, and I am now unable to use it.
