Needs to be re-designed
I really like the drop pieces but they should add a tension adjustment knob for both. I absolutely hate the ridiculous push button way of adjusting the headrest. It’s the worst design and takes much longer to adjust the headrest up and down than the typical easy and quick designs almost all adjusting tables have. Whomever designed that couldn’t have been a chiropractor or therapy provider.

Not enough padding
We had one that was 30 years sold that needed replacing. The foam used in this is cheap and thin and it is not comfortable laying on it.
