Description

A New York mobster (Steve Martin) begins a new life in suburban San Diego as a member of the US Government's witness protection programme. Despite the watchful eye of an FBI agent (Rick Moranis) determined to get his witness to court alive, the mobster manages to maintain a modest life of crime in his new surroundings.
