The arm sleeve is tight and provide excellent protection for my thin epidermis that is prone to bruising when my arm brushed against almost anything. These are listed as for men and women / unisex with sizes ranging from xs to xl. I am an average sized woman with small non-muscular forearms. I ordered the size small. What I received would have fit an anorexic child and not an adult woman or man. It was a struggle to try to put on and was painful to keep on. There is so very limited stretch and does not fit the contours of a normal forearm. Rather than returning them, I’m using them as covers for my tall, narrow glass bottle that is 2.5 inches in diameter that came with my night time Moon Brew. The glass gets too warm with the hot water drink. It’s a tight squeeze to get it over the bottle at the narrow end of the sleeve because it doesn’t stretch but it keeps my hands from burning.

This forearm sleeve was ordered because I have total muscle/tendon pain throughout my entire arm and I need something for work as I use my hands all day. Ive tried elbow sleeves and it was subpar. So I found this. I read the reviews that said how tight the sleeve was, to go up a size. The biggest part of my forearm is 10.5. Which happens to be between sizes almost. I went with the larger size. Size Large. The smallest end of the sleeve was extremely small, struggle to get my hand through it. After wearing for an hour, I noticed that it was still very snug at the wrist, but the top of the sleeve kept sliding down my arm. Like it's too big. I guess my arm is just too fat and oddly shaped, but it wouldn't stay up no matter how much I tried to keep there. Will be trying another technique with it tomorrow, and see if rubbing Tiger Balm all over my forearm will help. I may put the elbow compression sleeve over the top of it to see if that will help also. But I was hoping this was going to work.

I'm an ancient dog trainer and I bleed if a dog looks at me too intently. I bought these sleeves to protect my arms from happy paws and teeth that would otherwise draw blood. These are not dog bite protection, just help to avoid bloody scrapes and scratches.

I bought these to wear in the summer when I go outside since I am having the tattoos on my arm removed and cannot get any sun exposure. I purchased the small and they’re so tight they cut my circulation to my hand off. Too much compression so definitely size up!! Very good quality tho! And super durable.

My hands get really cold rucking in the winter weather, even with gloves. Putting on the forearm sleeve is quick and then the gloves go one. I think much heat is lost in the wrist area so unless you have gloves with long wrist extensions you can still get cold hands. The forearm sleeves solve the problem. They are comfortable and easily washed.

Sleeves are tight. I almost returned them before I had them on properly. Once on completely they didn't feel so tight and are tight enough to what what they claim to do.

I bought these to use when working out to help with forearm pain. When they get sweaty or wet they don’t come off very easily. My husband had to get one off of my arm and today when I tried to take it off myself it was so difficult that it tore.
