Easy to use and put together out of box and easy to adjust only thing is u have to readjust your mirror every now and then

This does NOT fit on a 2013 Terrain, even tried turning it upside down to get around the onStar buttons without luck. Definitely need room between the mirror & windshield as well (which the vehicle doesn't have) as the adjustment knob juts out almost an inch. I was given the option to check my "garage" before adding to cart, and I did, opting to purchase when it said Yes.

Very cheaply made. The item is very bulky and larger than I expected. Once I have my cell phone secured in place the holder shakes while I’m driving. I’m waiting for the day it falls off my rear view mirror!!

My rear view mirror is attached to some big honking chuck of plastic that extends from the roof down my windshield. So it took a little shimmying and completely moving my mirror totally out of wack to get it on, but fortunately I was able to figure it out. It does have to be moved over to only one end of my mirror cause the night mode toggle thing Is in the way for it to be properly centered. That being said. It holds my phone good and solid. Gotta make sure you pay attention to where your phone buttons are unless you want the holder to press on your power or volume buttons. In my case the holder can only grip the bottom half of my phone cause the stupid buttons all line up close together near the top.All on all, I am just so glad to not have to worry about those stupid suction cups giving out and dropping my phone unexpectedly and scaring me in the process with a flying object in my peripheral vision. Additionally, I do not have to worry about cooking my phone while attaching to my heat vents cause that system works top notch in my car. My phone now sits in a position that is super easy to access for one button answering and easily visible when using the maps feature. A much more convenient and safer method than any other holder I have tried. Oh yeah, It even keeps my cup holders free for their intended use. Brilliant!

this is amazing. it fits my Jeep. my phone is 6 inch high x 3 inch wide x 3/4 inch thick and weighs 1 pound, (a sonim XP8 in a back case).the holder was a bit tricky to get on my mirror as the mirror is very wide and shaped like a triangle at the back. the holder i had to position a bit off center on the mirror and it does cover the switch for day/night mirror mode. the arm stays tight, and the shape is solid and easy to maneuver. the 6 claws do hold the phone quite well either up or sideways. having the arm move all around the mirror for phone placement is great. the arm tucks behind the mirror when not needed. going over bumps etc the phone stays put. by far the best phone holder I have found (and I have tried a lot of them). the only thing I would change is that this holder needs legs for the phone to sit on, as the arms grab the buttons on both sides of my phone. this is still a great product and price.go shopping and get yourself one!!!
