The Dream: The Extraordinary Revelation of Who We Are and Where We Are

Read with an open mind
I feel like my mind expands every time I read Mr Icke’s books. This is on another level and explains the matrix that we are in and who we really are. Sadly, I’m not sure a lot of people would be able to comprehend this yet. If ever. However, I encourage you to start reading his books as a number of things he has been warning us about since the 1990’s has or is happening. The level of research he has done over the years is extraordinary. Take the leap, it is a fascinating journey!

An important asset to the awakening process
I'm about half way through this and, as usual, David Icke doesn't disappoint! He cuts through the chase and does not give out many details of how he came about his knowledge of what's really going on but goes straight to the heart of it. The chapter on reincarnation was especially interesting but the whole concept of this book, that the world is a simulation controlled by evil, will definitely help one become aware of the Matrix and how to escape it. Definitely a worthwhile read!

Reading takes real concentration
I like David Icke's thoughts and ideas. I had gone to a lecture of his some time ago and still remember some of the points he made. I have read some of his other books and will get others when I finish with this one.He makes you think and apply what you deem important to oneself and others. hmmmm

Great reveal of the reality illusion!
I should have learned about Yaldaboath years ago! This book is packed with information in support of Icke's supposition. I came to essentially the same conclusions long ago, but could not support them so well nor supply the evidence so well. He could have done the job with way fewer words, but that's a forgivable sin. If things about your experienced reality, the nature of God as described in the Old Testament or Torah, or the lack of heavenly protection in this world has made little sense to you, this is your book. If the reincarnation phenomena with lost conscious memory of all previous lives made no sense if spiritual development is the point, then this is your book. If you never gave much thought to any of it, this is your book.

Impressive
The amount of research put into this book is staggering, and all of Icke’s insights are his own. Definitely an original thinker. The only thing missing is that Icke doesn’t seem to realize he feeds the nightmare he exposes by this very same intense focus of his on what we can all agree on is a type of hell. What you believe you perceive and what you perceive you experience…he says that a few times, yet has spent his life insisting on this one narrative of How Things Are. I’m not going to invest a lot of energy in believing reptilians into being. I understand the concept of the matrix and trapped consciousness. This phenomena has been stated many different ways throughout the ages, as he references repeatedly. The “bad guy” is us, not some “other” entity. The devil, Satan, Yaldoboath, it’s the collective human mind gone mad by identifying with thought and form. That’s “ original sin “ or “missing the mark “ as the original meaning of that word.So yes, enjoyable, informative, entertaining and expansive read, but I don’t blame our collective insanity on some AI boogeyman. Mind and ego is our collective insanity writ large and we’re giving it too much power (any power is too much to a literal non thing) so we don’t have to take responsibility for our original error of identifying with thought and phenomena and forgetting that we are gods playing a game of consciousness exploration.

Exposé on Astral Dreamstate Manipulation
David Icke is without a doubt a modern genius. Regardless about what many may think when they hear his name,(shapeshifting reptilian lizard people!) in these post-COVID days, he has been proven correct more than ever. Still the name calling and denial of such outrageous claims continue, while the government, mainstream science, media, journalists are all confirming the existence of Ickes most ludicrous of claims.I've read and researched David Ickes perspective in over 18 of his books starting with The Robots Rebellion which released in 1993. It's a very intriguing journey to read not only his discoveries of the nature of reality, consciousness and the dynamics of societal control but of his own personal awakening. Every book reflects a particular period of history but also of his personal life. This one is the latest of yet and goes deep into the forces of the out-of-body Astral dimension.Although none of this information is new, as he has been saying this since the 90's, he actually breaks down what is the lower 4th Astral dimension and how it operates. This dimension has a direct impact on our 3rd dimensional reality and he exposes how the manipulation of the 3-D world has its origins in 4-D. The consistency of his claims that stretch back to the early 90's is truly extraordinary.Anyone who is very interested in all things metaphysical, occult and conspiracy related will enjoy this book. I mean at this point in time, anyone interested in the nature of reality and life will enjoy any of his books. If your new to his work I recommend reading The Answer which is a bit longer and more in depth on the most important aspects of his research.I would rate this book 5 stars as it really is explosive information on the Astral Dreamstate Manipulation. The only downside for me at least is that there is alot of repeat from his prior book The Trap that came out last year. The Trap and The Dream could have been put into 1 good sized book without any rehash and the ideas and concepts would have made alot more sense.Another thing was the lack of detailed explanation on the emphasis of Love and the Heart which makes the book seem only focused on the demonic control of reality and the Astral. Heart Awareness and Love (which is a important topic in his other books) gets only small mention here in there. A whole chapter could have been written on how important this aspect of living from the heart can override all of the nonsense and evil we experience in this Dream we call Life. His book The Answer goes deep into the mysteries of Heart Awareness and Love. Love is GOD. Love is The Answer. Wake up from the Dream, and live and as an embodiment of Unconditional Love is truly the message of this book."There is no need of a way out! Don't you see that a way out is also part of The Dream? All you have to do is see The Dream as dream. ...Wherever it leads you, it will be a dream. The very idea of going beyond The Dream is illusory. Why go anywhere? Just realize that you are dreaming a dream you call the world and stop looking for ways out. The Dream is not your problem. Your problem is that you like one part of your dream and not another. Love all, or none of it, and stop complaining. When you have seen The Dream as a dream, you have done all that needs be done." ~Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj

Waking up to the Real Reality not the dream we are living in
I have followed David Icke for awhile. He is a visionary. He see's beyond the veil. It is time to wake up. Interesting read.

This book is good.
David recaps all of his other material in this book I suppose to bring people up to speed in case they haven’t read any of his work. The last few chapters were of more interest to me as I read some of his other material. As we know now, conspiracy theory is no longer conspiracy theories but are facts revealing it self more and more every day in this ever changing world

Very interesting view on what our reality really is!
Really feels like the book uncovers reality as it is! Difficult to put down, at times, to get back to normal life. Amongst other things goes into the “game” that democracy is, concluding that it’s a device to keep us ‘happy’ while the uniparty shuffles the faces around to different shades of left, right, centre etc…Book can leave you a little depressed at times, but does give us some hope too!Overall a tomé worth getting.
