I was skeptical. After reading a lot of reviews, I purchased this product. The neck piece is incredible. I felt immediate relief as it pushed my shoulders down and supported my neck, stretching up. No soreness after. After just one use I still feel relief and a difference in how my neck wants to stand. My small upper back/neck hump is even different after one use. The back and shoulder brace is also great. Again, one use and my shoulders want to sit back where they should be. I'm broad and overweight. I was worried about it fitting and it fits great. The material on both are soft and comfortable. 100% recommended.

I absolutely loves this. It's a nice controlled stretch.

This gadget is actually helpful. It brings relief to the ache in my neck. When I take it off I notice I can turn my head to the left and right a bit more easily too. The back brace is also helpful, assists me quite nicely to stand straight. Now if only I can remember to put it on before I go for my walks.

It works but after a certain point it starts to choak you and you can't get a full stretch/lengthen out of it. It's soft and fit well. The pump tricked my boyfriend because if you twist it one way too far it looks closed but the valve is still open so he thought he broke it but it had to be screwed the other way.

once it is inflated it doesn't deflate, it is bulky to store and uncomfortable
