We messed up and bought the wrong bat initially, so this was an impulse buy after my kid hit a grand slam with a cat 7, that the other team cried over for an illegal bat. Needless to say I got him this one and he did the same with this one!

The pop and the exit velocity is good for a USA approved bat
My son had used the aluminum Cat X bat in the spring and we needed to get a better bat. We went with the Hybrid because the price was difference was nominal when we looked and the Cat X aluminum bat. I have tossed him some BP and the pop and speed the ball comes of the bat is very good. The balance of the bat appears good. The value of the bat vs other hybrids is better imo.

This bat rocks! My 8 yr old son has loved hitting with this bat. Pretty light with good pop.

Well balance 2 piece bat with a lot of pop.
My 10yr old loves this bat. The 2 piece construction gives it a well balanced feel. And helps with vibrations transferred to the hands. Great pop I’d recommend for kids with slower swing speeds who want a balanced feel they are a lot of great bats in this price range this is definitely worth a look.

Little to no sting
My son is 11 he really likes the bat. He has the 31in -5 it might be a tad heavy for him we really should have got the -11in my opinion. The bat fells really good on a swing has good pop , big barrel and looks good. I’ve got 2 older boys and we have gone through a few bats thru the years but the cat x USA is the best swinging bat we’ve had in this age category. I would buy the cat x again if something happened to it.

Same as the USSSA version - not much pop
It just doesn’t have the pop I expect from Marucci. Seems like it is dead already.
