This is a very good knife! Very sharp out of the box, strong and flexible blade, and comfortable in the hand. It is easy to use and has great value for the money.One word of caution! The manufacturer says its dishwasher safe. Don’t believe it!It has a wood handle!If you want to get long life from any wood handle, quality knife, never put it in a dishwasher! Wash and dry by hand. A light coat of food grade mineral oil on the blade and a coat of the same on the handle and then store it. You won’t be sorry.

Was nervous about getting the knives shipped with any scratches or damages, but everything came in perfect condition and they are very sharp!

I thought using a regular sharp knife would work best to cut off salmon skin. This one was easy, precise, and fast. Making sashimi was easier and faster!

Knives arrived well packaged and sharp. They maintain an edge and sharpen easily using a ceramic rod sharpener.

Excellent knife

I was simply putting it back in its box, and got cut and didn’t know till later on when I saw blood on my hands. I am afraid of using it now.
