The media could not be loaded. Ok, I bought this P-Trap to install on my new stainless basement washtub. I read the reviews and purchased it because it was the only stainless P-Trap I could find, with decent reviews, so here we go. A couple things to note: 1) The stainless trap is NOT heavy gauge like a brass or chromed brass fixture. I had to cut my long extension tube to fit it into my drain and I had to be careful not to distort the tube when I cut it. 2) I purchased a set of rubber rings rather than use to ones supplied as they were somewhat distorted prior to shipping. 3) They didn't sell a 1-1/2" trap so I settled for the 1-1/4". I like a larger diameter trap so it will not clog up with debris. It does have a drain nut at the bottom of the trap tube so that is a plus. I would give it 5 stars if it was heavier tube. Some reviews quoted this trap as "heavy duty" but it's really pretty thin tubing, much thinner than chromed brass. But it is stainless and a good price.

This item is very misleading. The image shown is no where close to what I received. A refund is warranted asap. I will be returning this piece of crap.

Unfortunately, I didn't measure what size of P-tab I'd need and got this one (somehow thought it would just be universal). It's quite a bit smaller than my existing one. It does seem well made and if I find an application for it, I'll update this review with pictures.

Overall, the quality and the finish of this bathroom drain kit is quite good. The finish is chrome polished and the thickness of the material is about average when compared to others comparable drain kits I've seen at my local hardware store. According to my plumber, installation was straightforward and so far everything is working as expected. Only time will tell how long the drain and finish will last but so far it's looking the same it did after several months of use. Would highly recommend as the price point was fair as of this review and also having the convenience of being shipped directly to your home.

Oil Brushed Bronze P-TRAP Brass Basin Sink Waste Trap Drain KitDoing a complete renovation on our home and went with a wall-mount sink in the powder room using all matte black hardware and fixtures.Even though this drain is oil-rubbed bronze, it matches the matte black close enough being under the sink, but still somewhat visible.I prefer the bass piping when exposed because they tend to hold fast against being bumped with a trashcan or when mopping, whereas the plastic ones can sometimes come loose and cause a leak.An added bonus is the clean-out drain plug at the lowest point of the P-trap to either clean out or drain the water if you have to unhook it so you don't end up with water all over the floor when disconnecting.Everything about this drain exudes quality from the look to the feel and the way it goes together.Since my sink isn't as deep front to back as a standard sink, the horizontal part of the drain going to the wall was a little long. No problem because the fitting allows the pipe to be slid back and then tightened down and everything lined up perfectly with no leaks!Competitively priced to others I've compared to and is excellent quality.

The Ayna decors P-trap set is a durable metal drain pipe for your bathroom sink. They've taken good care of the parts with plastic films and sleeves to prevent scratches. The included tailpiece is kind of short at under 5" in length. Black rubber gaskets were provided for between each metal piece and the connection to the sink drain but not for the connection at the wall.I should note that the photos of the chrome model don't depict the model I received, which has a screw-in drain plug on the lowest point. The listing also looks like there's a funnel-shaped rubber gasket for the connection at the wall but that's not in the kit. I ended up needing to get ahold of a 1.25 x 1.5" zinc nut and rubber reducing washer locally (part of that is because I was changing from 1.25" PVC pipe to this metal one and needed a fresh, springy rubber gasket because metal is a smaller outside diameter).The kit is a good assortment of parts for installing a vanity with metal drain, but I ended up not needing the ~5" drain tailpiece, decided not to use the escutcheon, and needed to get a new 1.25 x 1.5" zinc nut and rubber reducing washer for the connection to the wall. The pipe for the connection from the trap to the wall is about 10" overall length and does need to be trimmed in most installations. I ended up cutting the excess length off with a dremel cutoff wheel and then removing burrs with a file.
