Aerial Yoga: Combine Traditional Yoga Poses, Pilates, and Dance with the use of a Hammock

This fails to deliver in any meaningful way - the descriptions of poses are pitiful - no illustrations, confusing verbal instructions which make one question whether the author has experience of any type of yoga, let alone aerial yoga. I felt ripped off!
